Inside Minds Therapy Center is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapists (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW-C) to expand our teletherapy offerings. This full-time position allows mental health professionals to provide essential mental health services from the convenience of their homes, tailored to their schedules.

You will be supported by our administrative staff who manage client acquisition, billing, and other administrative tasks, allowing you to focus entirely on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing, creating a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and past experiences to facilitate healing and growth.

• Assist clients in setting realistic therapeutic goals and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Provide clients with effective coping mechanisms and strategies to handle challenges in their lives.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients who are seeking mental health support. All clients are thoroughly screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity needs, which allows for more meaningful therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• One of the following valid licenses: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, demonstrated experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms can be advantageous. Counselors experienced in working with diverse populations, including different age groups and backgrounds, are particularly welcomed as we strive to meet the varied needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on hours worked. In addition, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend. We also provide weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
