Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional needs using standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy when appropriate, to foster a comprehensive therapeutic experience.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support strategies to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed, organized, and confidential client records in adherence to state laws and ethical guidelines set by relevant licensing boards.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to provide cohesive and comprehensive care to clients.

• Participate in regular professional development sessions, including supervision and training workshops, to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n
