Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gain insights into clients' trauma backgrounds and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans targeted at fostering trauma recovery and emotional resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients process their trauma while developing empowering coping mechanisms.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

• Respond appropriately to crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma, coping strategies, and resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance trauma-informed care.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices related to trauma therapy and mental health treatment.

This role primarily focuses on individuals who have experienced trauma, which may manifest as PTSD, complex trauma, or dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting (preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, delivering care with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.

• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-stress situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
