Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will take on the following key responsibilities:

  Deliver clinical services by developing and implementing individualized, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs.

  Continuously assess each client’s treatment requirements to ensure optimal care and therapeutic relevance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults who face struggles associated with mental illness. These clients may experience varying levels of difficulties in maintaining their daily lives and achieving independence in their communities. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) as mandated by the state board.

  Ability to practice independently without direct supervision, demonstrating sound judgment in clinical situations.

  No disciplinary actions against your license as per state regulations.

  Proficient computer skills and a reliable internet connection to conduct sessions seamlessly.

Experience in providing direct clinical services to adults dealing with mental health challenges is highly preferred.
