Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments and triage care to develop an effective treatment plan that aligns with patient goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to deliver impactful treatment interventions as outlined in client service plans.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with multidisciplinary team members regarding treatment progress, documentation, and interdisciplinary care plans.

• Provide case management services for assigned clients, liaising with community resources and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive support systems.

• Meet department documentation standards promptly and ethically to ensure compliance and quality care delivery.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and peer supervision to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse client population, including individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. By applying a holistic approach, you will address the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients of all ages, ensuring that they receive comprehensive support tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting.
