You will also receive in-house credentialing, allowing for seamless management of insurance participation and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for a diverse client base, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to determine appropriate therapy interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grounding your interventions in the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, documenting interactions and progress in patient care meetings to enhance the overall treatment experience.

• Provide case management for your assigned clients, ensuring coordination of care within the clinic as well as with community-based services.

• Maintain ethical documentation practices, adhering to departmental guidelines and timely completion of records, which is critical for ongoing patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with adults and children facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Building rapport with patients and understanding their individual experiences is essential in developing effective treatment plans. You will also focus on family dynamics, addressing systemic issues that impact mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• The ideal candidate must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Commitment to work flexible hours, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability and patient needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mental health interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
