This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance that accommodates personal and professional commitments. Our clinic operates from Monday to Saturday, providing you with the flexibility to create a schedule that best suits your needs. We facilitate in-house credentialing and manage your insurance participation, allowing you to focus solely on patient care without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health therapist, you will engage in a variety of critical functions, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that you understand their unique challenges and needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans and triaging care based on initial assessments to address immediate and long-term psychological needs.
\n
• Effectively communicating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals regarding treatment goals, progress, and modifications through regular documentation and collaborative meetings.

• Providing competent care that addresses not only the psychological but also the physical, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across diverse age groups.

• Managing a caseload of patients, which includes collaborating with community resources, hospitals, and other specialists to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Completing all required documentation in an ethical and timely manner, consistent with clinic policies.

• Incorporating evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in your sessions to ensure the effectiveness of the therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid mental health license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• You should be willing to provide between 5 to 40 hours of therapy sessions per week, depending on your availability and preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n
