Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, enabling you to provide therapy from your home or a location of your choice, while still having access to our collaborative outpatient office environment. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for evening hours as needed based on patient schedules and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient to identify their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and align with best practices in the field.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to foster change.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions designed to build community, support, and empowerment among individuals in recovery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients facing substance-related emergencies, ensuring their immediate needs are met.

• Educate both patients and their families about addiction, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals who are struggling with substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol and drug addiction. Our diverse patient population ranges from young adults to older individuals, each facing their own unique challenges and recovery needs. By providing targeted support and strategies, you will play a crucial role in fostering their resilience and progress towards sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
