Work Environment\n

As part of our team, you will work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to provide cohesive care to your clients. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s specific needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and address prevalent mental health issues among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and patient-centered care, sharing insights during case consultations and team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies during acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to our practice’s commitment to excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is serving a diverse client population comprised of adults facing various mental health challenges, including those experiencing substance abuse issues, trauma-related disorders, and severe mood disorders. Your role will involve understanding and addressing the complexities of these conditions, fostering an atmosphere of trust, and providing guidance to help clients navigate their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• Proficient knowledge of various mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and appropriate intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
