Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders to understand their unique needs and establish clear recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served at Veterans Rethink Counselling, LLC primarily consist of individuals grappling with substance use disorders, often including veterans who may be facing additional challenges related to their service. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC within the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge in substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care practices.

• Experience delivering both individual therapy and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a non-judgmental and empathetic demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year for this full-time position, in addition to a comprehensive healthcare benefits package.
