Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your working environment. Expect a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility as necessary to accommodate the needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using standardized tools and evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to fit the unique needs and preferences of each patient.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional growth and continuously improve the quality of services provided.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that are available.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
