Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote teletherapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of clients.

• Facilitate interactive group sessions on a regular schedule to help foster community and support among clients.

• Work collaboratively in case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and receive supervision if necessary, especially for less experienced clinicians.

• Offer support and guidance during crises, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure client safety and welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescent and young adult clients, who face unique challenges in today’s world. You will be helping them navigate mental health issues, trauma, substance use, and emotional support needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where clients feel understood and valued, enabling them to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following licenses: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is mandatory.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for a contract position or 40 hours for a full-time W2 role.

• Experience working with youth and young adults in a therapeutic setting is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy which enhances client engagement.

• Background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for diverse populations, particularly adolescents and families.

• Familiarity with accommodating a range of mental health diagnoses and developing individual treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensing. Additionally, we provide access to free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to help you meet licensing requirements and deepen your expertise in areas of interest.
