Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

• Engage with patients in individual and group settings, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of mental health services per agency standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical leadership team, fostering professional development and ensuring the quality of care provided.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant counseling field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
