Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s specific mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy tailored to the individual circumstances of clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and actively monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or have mobility or transportation challenges.

• Ensure accurate and timely record keeping, maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
