Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various age groups and backgrounds who experience mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Thorough knowledge of California law and professional ethics in mental health practice.

• Ability to pass a background check through the FBI and Department of Justice, as well as a current TB test completed within the last six months.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a strong preference for experience addressing learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and social/emotional disorders. Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms is a plus, as is expertise in treating co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
