Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying specific needs, challenges, and goals to create individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and integrate treatment plans effectively.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
