Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that each client's unique background and needs are understood.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to identified needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to promote emotional healing and resilience.

• Complete comprehensive billing, documentation, and treatment planning in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards within specified timeframes.

• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness programs to help clients maintain stability in their lives.

• Create discharge plans that consider ongoing care options and community resources to facilitate a successful transition out of therapy.

• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, as well as the organization’s policies and procedures to maintain high standards of practice.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance your skills and competencies.

• Actively participate in case consultations and agency meetings to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all licensure requirements and mandatory training initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse individuals and families who are seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure as a mental health professional.

• Current licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
