This position is predominantly remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while working from the comfort of your home. The clinic operates six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, creating ample opportunity for you to grow your practice in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will have a range of responsibilities designed to facilitate the effective delivery of care:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven interventions.

• Integrate case management into your practice by collaborating with healthcare providers, community resources, and family members to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans with precision, maintaining ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with a master's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
