Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups in order to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their needs.

• Engaging in initial assessments to effectively triage care and identify the most suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary staff through regular meetings and documentation to ensure effective communication regarding client assessments, treatment interventions, and ongoing care plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in addition to other clinically effective approaches tailored to individual service plans.

• Managing cases for assigned patients through consultation and partnership with local hospitals and community organizations to provide comprehensive support.

• Ensuring timely and ethical completion of all documentation required by departmental standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
