Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one video counseling sessions to clients, utilizing teletherapy tools to deliver effective support.

Our clients typically present low acuity mental health concerns that allow for focused, constructive therapy sessions. We prioritize matching counselors with clients whose backgrounds and needs align with their specializations, ensuring that counselors can leverage their strengths effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensing from the state board as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); must be in good standing to practice independently.

• Proven interpersonal skills with a sympathetic nature essential for fostering trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with virtual therapy tools.
