Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently in your state, which may include licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Must demonstrate high-level interpersonal skills and possess a sympathetic, client-focused approach.

• Strong computer literacy is a must for managing telehealth services and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role. Candidates with experience in telehealth services will be regarded favorably for their understanding of remote client engagement methods.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and $104,000 annually, depending on hours worked.
