Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant counseling discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued license in mental health counseling, allowing you to work independently without supervision. We do not accept limited or provisional licenses and require a clean disciplinary record.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and compassion in interactions with clients.

• Strong computer skills and access to a reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.

• A steady internet connection to facilitate seamless communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience is preferred, although new graduates with the requisite qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer our counselors a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our benefits package includes a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time positions.
