Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to formulate precise clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, customizing therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups.

• Lead therapeutic sessions with a focus on active engagement and evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and behavioral strategies to ensure safety and stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress using secure electronic health record systems, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
