Work Environment\n

This role will be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring access to our outpatient office resources when needed. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs. You will join a collaborative team environment that values communication, professional development, and integrated care. You may occasionally meet in person for team meetings or collaborative case discussions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for patients to identify their specific needs and collaborative treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a well-rounded treatment experience that promotes healing and growth.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to build community and address prevalent mental health issues among attendees.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, effectively managing acute situations to safeguard patient well-being.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Actively engage in team meetings, live case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to foster growth and collaboration within the team.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research to refine your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base consists of individuals and families from various backgrounds grappling with mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. The therapist's role is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help individuals overcome their challenges and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and their treatment protocols.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and design effective treatment plans that address the needs of diverse patients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating relationships based on trust and empathy.

• Adherence to professional ethics and standards while exercising sound clinical judgment.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
