Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and document ongoing case histories from the initial consultation through the treatment process.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various intervention techniques to foster emotional and psychological growth.

• Regularly monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey and adjust plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with other health professionals including psychiatrists, doctors, and social workers to integrate care and ensure comprehensive support.

• Assure effective family involvement by assisting primary caregivers in managing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A demonstrated ability to pass the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Thorough understanding of electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, for maintaining accurate client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
