Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, modifying these plans as necessary based on clients' progress and changing conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, support staff, and external agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.

• Identify crises and provide appropriate interventions that may include referrals to additional services such as support groups, rehabilitation programs, or psychiatric care.

• Monitor clients’ mental health and wellbeing, documenting treatment progress and communicating effectively with both clients and healthcare teams to facilitate timely care.

• Advocate for clients and their families, assisting in navigation through healthcare services and resources.

• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options, ensuring they understand care plans and participate actively in their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors serve a diverse clientele spanning various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. This role focuses on adult and adolescent patients with a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field; degrees must be obtained from accredited institutions.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or Psychologist.
