Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, continually adjusting care plans based on patient feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to formulate discharge plans that support the ongoing health of your clients beyond their time at our center.

• Serve as a vital resource by referring clients to community services, treatment programs, and support groups to enhance their overall well-being.

• Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal standards regarding mental health practice and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Efficiently prioritize your daily caseload, responding to the needs of current, new, and transitioning patients.

• Offer social work consultations and interventions as needed, supporting both clients and their families through crisis, bereavement situations, and general guidance.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to improve care delivery and address potential barriers to effective treatment and discharge.

• Actively advocate for clients' needs, facilitating communication between multidisciplinary teams and external resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Utilize a patient-centered approach to identify clients at risk for extended stays or readmissions, working proactively with care providers to implement solutions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
