Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients who have been carefully screened prior to matching. All clients are stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring that you are providing support in a manageable and respectful environment. We prioritize pairing you with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences, facilitating a more tailored therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Be fully licensed by the state board and in good standing to practice independently without supervision as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic and supportive demeanor.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
