This full-time position will be conducted in a remote environment, providing therapeutic support through telehealth sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify their unique needs and strengths.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Provide case management by collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcome measures, ensuring compliance with department standards and ethical practices.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and rounds to discuss patient care plans and facilitate cohesive treatment strategies with fellow clinicians and healthcare providers.

• Engage clients in proactive discussions about their treatment progress and adjust methods based on feedback and evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our team serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. The diversity of our clientele allows our therapists to utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client, emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the State of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competency in individual and group therapies.

• Willingness to schedule and conduct 10 to 40 client sessions per week, based on personal capacity and preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
