Work Environment\n

This fully remote position allows therapists to leverage telehealth technology to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. You will work flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating sessions that fit into your lifestyle while ensuring our clients receive timely support. Our telehealth platform is designed for efficiency, helping you focus on client care without the distractions of a traditional office setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, ensuring the development of accurate and effective treatment plans that reflect their individual needs.

  Create and implement personalized treatment approaches that align with clients' specific goals, utilizing evidence-based techniques in both individual and group therapy sessions.

  Facilitate productive therapy sessions, encouraging client engagement and offering therapeutic interventions that empower clients to make positive lifestyle changes.

  Engage in collaborative practice with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients, ensuring adherence to treatment mandates.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will include a diverse population of adults, adolescents, and families, presenting with various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. You will provide care that is culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  A valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is essential to practice as a mental health therapist.

  Proven training and experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Horizons Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time off to support your work-life balance. In addition, new hires can receive up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
