Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible, remote working environment, allowing you to connect with clients through virtual sessions while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will join a collaborative team of mental health professionals who value open communication, ongoing learning, and support. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the needs and goals of each patient, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect those insights.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address patients’ unique mental health challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that create a sense of community and empowerment among clients dealing with common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within the practice to provide a comprehensive and coordinated care approach.

• Provide crisis intervention support and guidance to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, exploring available treatment strategies and community resources to enhance overall well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient information is managed correctly.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing your insights and benefiting from peer support and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience conducting clinical assessments and creating effective therapeutic plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a varied patient demographic.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications relevant to therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
