Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical services and developing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Continuously assessing client treatment needs through ongoing evaluation and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with clients to establish and monitor individual service plans that encompass their personal goals and challenges.

• Facilitating skill-building in coping mechanisms, problem-solving, and effective communication to enhance clients’ daily living activities.

• Educating clients on available community services and advocating for their access to relevant resources.

• Providing aftercare planning and closure support to ensure clients feel equipped to continue their journeys post-treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals 18 years and older who experience difficulties managing community stability and independence due to mental health challenges. Your expertise will make a difference in their lives by fostering a supportive environment for personal growth, learning to manage their symptoms, and developing necessary life skills.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this crucial role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, unencumbered state license from one of the following categories: LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record on their license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients.

• Proficiency with computer systems and reliable, high-speed internet connection for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:
