Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health challenges. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Our focus is on providing accessible mental health care that fosters resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice—acceptable credentials include: \n

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

• No provisional licenses or any recent disciplinary actions against your license.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, demonstrating success in building therapeutic relationships and managing diverse client needs. Experience with specific populations or challenges may enhance the fit for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
