As a remote-based Mental Health Therapist, you will join our practice in a flexible and supportive telehealth environment, leveraging technology to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients from the comfort of their homes. You will have the freedom to establish your own schedule, working between 10 to 40 hours per week, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting the diverse needs of our client base. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing ample opportunity for client interaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and tailoring interventions to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Document assessments along with treatment interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the comprehensive care plans for each client.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and patient rounds, ensuring collaborative care by effectively communicating with other mental health professionals and medical staff.

• Provide ongoing case management and support for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community resources to create holistic care pathways.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to enhance client engagement and progress in achieving their individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
