Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine clients' mental health status and treatment needs, actively listening and building rapport.

• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities and client-driven goals, adjusting as necessary to align with client progress.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, providing tools and resources to empower clients in overcoming life challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

• Utilize strong crisis intervention skills and provide immediate support to clients in distress, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal mental health counselor will work with a diverse population facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• Minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience in clinical settings, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
