This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while being part of our outpatient office model. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate various patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the trauma histories of patients, ensuring that you use techniques that prioritize their comfort and security.

• Collaborate with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to foster healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that focus on helping patients process their traumatic experiences, learn coping strategies, and navigate their healing journey.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, holistic care that addresses the diverse needs of each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely support for affected individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience preferred, particularly in settings focusing on trauma.

• Demonstrated experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, providing a compassionate and non-judgmental environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
