You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility available based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history, enabling the formulation of effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals within an integrated care model to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.

• Previous experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and therapeutic interventions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
