Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing passionate therapists to provide support from the comfort of their own environments while remaining engaged in a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. Our work schedule generally runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs, fostering a balance between professional commitment and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's history and establish appropriate, individualized treatment plans for effective recovery.

• Leverage advanced, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to process their trauma, share their experiences, and cultivate effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic, integrated care for all patients is maintained consistently.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, equipping patients with strategies and resources during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them to engage with their recovery proactively.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, thereby safeguarding patient privacy.

• Participate in case consultations and regular team meetings, contributing to a continuous learning environment centered on trauma-informed care.

• Stay abreast of emerging research and methodologies in trauma therapy to continually refine treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with individuals who are navigating the complex aftermath of trauma. This includes leaders in our community, veterans, children, and diverse populations who require specialized support to address deeply rooted emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma-informed therapy preferred.

• Strong foundational knowledge in trauma-related disorders and the use of trauma-informed modalities to promote recovery.

• Demonstrated skills in providing trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach towards patients.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations, fostering a calm therapeutic environment.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications to ensure efficient workflows.

Compensation and Benefits\n
