This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your own workspace while utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history, strengths, and needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and resilience in patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) tailored to each client's unique experiences.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that support clients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for all patients.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention for trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, adhering to best practices in record-keeping.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities focusing on trauma-informed care strategies.

• Stay updated on the latest research and effective practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals impacted by trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and experience implementing trauma-informed treatment approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
