Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the trauma history, symptoms, and treatment needs of patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and promote overall healing.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, helping them navigate difficult moments with care and compassion.

• Educate patients and families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and resources, helping them to understand and address the effects of trauma on their lives.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient records.

• Engage in case consultations, participate in regular team meetings, and pursue professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices within trauma therapy to continually enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and other dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma therapy preferred.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based trauma-informed treatment approaches.

• Proven experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
