Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine optimal treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and holistic well-being.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in processing traumatic experiences, developing coping strategies, and enhancing emotional stability.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care aligns with patients’ mental health needs.

• Offer crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and compassionate support for patients in distress.

• Empower patients and their families through education regarding trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential patient records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations and regular team meetings, while engaging in professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
