Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, employing tools such as diagnostic interviews and psychosocial evaluations.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
