Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address trauma-related symptoms.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.

• Proven expertise in delivering trauma-focused therapy, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
