This role will be performed in a remote setting, offering flexibility and convenience while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere. Our typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and while some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs, we strive to support work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient, allowing for tailored treatment plans to be created.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement individualized treatment strategies that promote recovery and resilience.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that aim to address various mental health concerns and facilitate open dialogue among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to individuals experiencing acute mental health issues, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality care is documented and tracked.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
