This position allows for a remote work setting, granting you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while meeting the needs of your clients. Our outpatient office operates from Monday to Saturday, providing more accessibility for our clients and accommodating a diverse client base. You will also have access to comprehensive in-house administrative support, including credentialing, insurance participation management, and scheduling assistance, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, couples, and families to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities, to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and other essential records to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Providing case management by coordinating with community resources, healthcare providers, and support programs to facilitate holistic treatment for patients.

• Engaging in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, share insights, and ensure the ongoing development of your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
