Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns to inform treatment planning.

• Provide tailored individual therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities relevant to client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients in establishing relevant therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments, particularly those facing accessibility challenges.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
