Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate individual client needs and concerns, integrating standardized screening tools where appropriate.

• Develop customized treatment plans that address specific issues identified during assessments, reflecting clients’ personal goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to ensure coordinated, holistic client care.

Qualifications\n
