Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress.

• Develop, implement, and continuously update personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach, contributing to a holistic treatment plan that aligns with the client's recovery goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic sessions and client interactions in accordance with organizational policies and state requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, in-good-standing licensure with the Board of Behavioral Science as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (PsyD), or relevant equivalent.

• Must hold a valid license that is not under any suspension or probation.
\n
• Ability to fulfill pre-employment conditions including annual tuberculosis screening, background checks, drug testing, and reference verification, alongside ongoing monitoring during employment.

• Experience working with diverse client populations and familiarity with issues surrounding substance use and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
