You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a broad range of mental health issues.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data integrity and privacy.

• Working in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to optimize care delivery and incorporate best practices.

• Offering education and supportive resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
