Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist within the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding and addressing mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience providing therapeutic services in both individual and group settings, with a focus on inclusive, culturally responsive methods.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
